Airlines must refund you if you cancel within 24 hours to issue refund and PayPal denied my case. It's not me it's PayPal that stole my money so no I will let you steal my money!

This number keeps calling me quite often. The same person keeps calling “Terry White” she asked me for my information even my social security number. She was rude and I’m afraid this was a scam. I called this number back because they have started calling my family members annoying them too.
