Hello,apparently Monarch has acquired my name and account info from Amazon ,simipilty I was making my monthly payment to Amazon when for some reason they turned this account over to this company.I was making my payments.on a timely basis.Thank you

844-280-6824 call me 25 times between 8:24am and 8:30am on Friday, 8/24/18. They number they called me at 25 times is a cell phone. The bill is subsidized by my employer, a nonprofit child welfare agency. When I called the number back, they asked for my wife. When I told the person at Monarch that I was called 25 times he said that wasn't possible and hung up on me. I have a screenshot of my call history showing all 25 calls!

844-280-6824 called me 29 times between 8:19am and 8:31am on Friday, 8/24/2018. When I called the number back, a Monarch rep asked for a woman by name (I am a man) and told me I was lying that I had been called 29 times. I asked for an email to send a screenshot of my call history to and he hung up on me.

This company has called me numerous times and I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me to send me a letter and I will contact them. Each time they are asking me to verify personal information over the phone and they kept asking me am I refusing to answer their questions and they will call me back and I get a call from several times a day, I blocked the numbers they’re calling from they make up a new number
