The phone number “(866) 629-0749” has called me twice. I googled the number and one of the search results that popped up was your company’s website. Your firm states that harassment from robo-callers and debt collectors could possibly be illegal, so I decided to submit a complaint. I’ve also read reviews of Mike Agruss Law prior to submitting this complaint to ensure I would be in good hands.

While new home contract, I had signed for guardian services for security but after construction & closing the house when Guardian came to fix the security, I told we did not like the euipment you are installing and I do not want I had informed them. But they keep billed from 2017 through 2018 and now last month on 11th I got a bill from Monarch by sating its under collection to pay the amount and they had been calling and I did not take their calls as they are not even leaving the voice messages. I have not taken their services not even a single day or I did not sign as if they installed any devices in my home. I have not used their services for not even an hour.
From 2017 I had been using ADP as my security services. Please do let me know what should I do.

They have called me everyday while I’m in school, and this simply can’t happen any longer. The only message that’s ever left is 2 seconds of silence.

This number calls me every day. I send them to Robokiller and when they start talking, they say they calling for other people, not even the same person! I don't mind sending them to Robokiller, but I always get notified when they call and it's very annoying. Ridiculous!

First please don’t call me. E-mail is fine. I’m just tired of all the calls. Not only the ones from Monarch but all the robocalls that come in. I have about 25-30 contacts with 10-25 numbers each full of numbers of people that call and never leave a message, call all hours or call every time I turn around. I just wish someone could stop any from calling numbers. I thought that was what the do not call list was for but it seems that was just a joke. All my numbers are on it and I still get a ton of calls from scammers, collectors and junk debt callers.
