Its about my credit card with them
I get called at least 7 times a day from two different numbers from premier bank card. I did take out a prepaid credit card with them I put 96$ for the annual fee plus I paid 75$ to open it. I signed up for paperless billing bc they gave me a break on so that supposedly benefited me in some way. I really wanted to fix my credit with this card so I set up my payment almost a month before it was due just to make sure I stayed on top of it. They took the money from my bank account four different times and I even have confirmation from my bank whom I’ve called many times to be sure I wasn’t missing something. The credit card company has tried to tell me they have tried to take the payment from my account but it kept getting returned due to insufficient funds which is not the case I had a few thousand dollars in my account at that time. They keep telling me they have only the digital transaction number since I’m unrolled in paperless billing there’s no way to track it like you should be able too. Now they are trying to say I owe almost 700$ for a card I had a 250$ limit on which I had paid 96$ plus $70 which came off of the credit limit I don’t know what to do. It’s hurting my credit terribly not to mention very irritated they call me night at day after I’ve told them many times not to call the phone number anymore they say ok and call back two mins later. They also don’t say what company they are calling from they need me to confirm my social security number and other personal information I dont feel comfortable giving to someone that doesn’t identify where they are calling from.
Hi I have gotten at least 40+ calls since early or mid December. They called my main cell and my backup number constantly every single day and still continue to do so

I had a premier bank credit card and when I tried to make payments after the first 2 went trough they stopped letting me payments from my regular account and then froze it my card to where I couldn't use it after I used a different card to get the balance back down from my other checking account that I never use. I have blocked their number because I feel like they should not have done either of these things.

Hi Crystal. Did Premier Bank say what the $35 owed is for? Is it for fees? You can request a debt validation letter from them to determine what the charge is for. I paid primier Credit Card off and they said I still owed them 35.00 but they cut my card and app access off because they suspected froud when I proved they were wrong I am who the card belongs to as and now they call me 3 to 5 times a day for the 35 bucks I feel I do not owe them. Just check there app and whole app out it's extremely slow and I feel fake and not professional what so ever. I just want the calls to stop and them to take there 35 doller dept off my credit that's all. There the froudlent ones not me I proved it have they to me?

Premier bank card calls non stop. I know I owe them money but I am recently separated after 20 years and trying to get back on my feet. I am working 2 jobs just to make ends meet and still struggling
I have no case...I think...this number is harassing me 1-605-884-4130!
Keeps calling many times a day, everyday!
I’ve told them to stop but they keep calling

I have a premier credit card which i fell behind for 30 days...they automatically cancelled my card and I still pay them on time every month but they continue to call and harass me at work also!
They keep calling not leaving messages also. If it is for at least 15 to 20 seconds I can hear laughing in the background
They call three to four times a day in the morning and late at night. They don’t leave a message or anything to know who it is calling.
