They keep calling and when I answer no one is there. I have also called them on several occasions to get my bill. I am still waiting for at least 3 of them. I can't log in. So please tell me how am I suppose to pay something I don't see.

Premier Bank Card has called both myself and my husband multiple times per day from 2 different #'s for months. Sometimes after 9pm. I stopped answering the calls a long time ago after they continued to call after being told to stop calling. If I owe them...I don't know it. It's possible. I've had a stroke that affects my memory, but my husband says when I did speak to them he said it was a Capital One card and we have never had a Capital One card. I have looked online for Lawyer's that I might be able to use. I've never had to use a lawyer before and came across Agruss only because I have PBC saved as a contact so I know who's calling, when a 2nd number started calling from South Dakota and I did the # look up, it came back as Premier and your ad appeared as well. If there is a lawsuit already....I want to be included. I've been harassed and I know they have violated the law and I honestly don't think I even owe them money, and they said I do!

Left a message looking for "Garrett Gonzalez Rodriguez" to talk to them about their "Premier bank card." Left the number 866-950-6800 and the caller ID displayed 605-367-1378. No such person exists and we do not do any business with a "Premier bank." Please do not sell or give out any of my personal or business info, Thanks.
