I had a auto loan through westlake I totalled the vehicle and my insurance and gap insurance paid the total payoff. Westlake continues to call me 4 to 5 times a day after I have repeatedly told them to stop and that this has been taking care of. I have blocked over 10 different numbers they call from they continue to even have a third party contact me about the $668 I do not owe. I already suffer from severe ptsd from the Marine Corps and suffer from suicide I have been transparent with them and shared this yet they still continue to make my day and life more overwhelming and depressing

I bought a vehicle from a dealership in danville that was a lemon. They made it “right” by putting me in another lemon. The car broke down and I did an involuntary surrender. For weeks I have received NUMEROUS calls a day, sometimes up to 9 times in a day. It’s everyday. Non stop. Different numbers calling from westlake. I feel harrassed because not only have they called me, they have called my family. They have sent debt collections to every address I have had. Including addresses I no longer live at. I have tried answering and told them to stop calling. I have answered and said I’m not who they are looking for. No matter what I do they are constantly calling me.

This all started in March. I\'ve reported these issues to several people before any work was done. The dealership took our money ($800+) and did nothing but make the car worse. It was undrivable and died on me on the way home that day after we paid them to fix it. After that incident, they just sent it back to Hyundai and we haven\'t received any communication since then. No one answers or is just rude and don\'t know any information or we just plain get ignored. I don\'t even know exactly where it was sent because we were never told any more information regarding my car! There was a serious electrical issue that they hid from us before purchasing the car and now they never want to communicate with us. The car has not been in my possession since March, it died on me several times at my former job which caused me to be let go due to \"unreliable transportation.\" Now I have no car, no job because my trade requires reliable transportation, no phone, and I\'m accruing debt again because of this situation and no one seems to be able to help me.

I am late one month of my car payment. I keep getting calls left and right. Sometimes at 3 in the morning til the next following day. I constantly tell them my billing date has changed but nothing has been taken cared of. They call me every day at work leaving 17 missed calls all from Westlake. On my way home, they call. When I’m at work, they call. When I’m home, they call. When I’m at the store, they call. Now their calling my relatives confirming my phone # and address. I’m very irritated with the constant calls & the harassment.

Have been harassing me for weeks and weeks as i had a bank payment reverse after fraud on my account. I’ve called them twice to express not to call me as I’ll pay when i get my debit card. Not to mention a drunk driver put my car in repair since last month. Which also has to be handled. Now their calling from spam numbers apparently

Westlake has had my car note since Oct 2016. I have never missed a payment and only deferred two during that entire time. Several weeks ago my serpentine belt broke and got sucked into my engine. The car needs a $4000 engine replacement. I called Westlake to inquire about refinancing to pull out my equity, or make some other arrangements to get the car fixed and they refused to work with me at all. I had to buy another car so I could keep my job and cannot make payments on both vehicles unless Westlake lowers my payment. Although I’ve been keeping in constant contact with them throughout this process, they have been harassing me with multiple robot calls and live calls throughout the day and night on both my home and cell phones. They are spoofing multiple numbers so as to appear to be calling locally. They called me four times during church yesterday. They call before 8 am and after 9 pm day after day after day. Call after call after call. They’re interfering with both my work and my worship. PLEASE help me!

westlake finacial has been harassing me for the past 2 years since I was laid off and been working on my own I been a month behind they keep calling me numerous times to collect a payment. I only need about 5 more payments on my car-payment. they harass me about 15x a day. Ive always made my payments online and on many occasions Ive let them know how I would take care of it and still they call from many different numbers including a (702) area code. Many times I am working in high areas such as ladders and drop ceilings. I have a family to look after and always on alert in case of an emergency. Today was the final straw and I had to do something about this as they are just rude and disrespectful and think they can get away with harassment. Can you please help me stop these harassing calls?

Constant calls. 1 day after my car payment is due its starts. They never leave messages and today is Sunday and they started calling me at 8 am this morning and called 3 times since then. Is there anything I can do
