I am being contacted by aams pretty much every day I asked them to stop but they are still calling me and calling my work asking for me! please help I would like the calls to stop the number that comes up on my phone is 515-224-7552 thanks kim
Hi Kimberly, AAMS, or Automated Accounts Management Services, LLC, should not call you after you say stop calling. Also, if you told Automated Accounts Management Services, LLC, to stop calling you at work, AAMS should nto call you at work anymore. You have rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"). Under the FDCPA, if a collection agency, like Automated Accounts Management Services, LLC, has violated your rights, you are entitled to money damages, and AAMS will be responsible for my attorney's fees and costs. Hi, I'm having issues with AAMS An old medical bill was sent to them. On March 2, 2016, They sent me a letter which states \"You can pay this in full within 45 days of this notice or we will report the debt to the national reporting companies at that time\". That is a direct quote from the letter. However, they reported to the credit bureaus months earlier as I found out recently being denied a home loan pre approval from my bank. I actually just called them and told them I'd be willing to pay it off even after their deception so long as they emailed me or sent me something in writing stating that they would remove this from my credit. They are unwilling!
I do not owe this company, as I have been in contact with Crittenton Hospital and they stated "that they have not forwarded a collection account for me to AAMS". I have since tried to have this damaging information removed from my credit report but they refuse even violating HIPAA laws. I have even been denied credit because of them.
