Anderson and associates should be ashamed of themselves!!! You want to hear the experience that we have had with this company as a customer, it's been a nightmare for our company!! It's still ongoing. Hopefully, it will be over soon. The story goes like this.... We hired Anderson and associates, to collect on a debt from our customer whom didn't pay for their final balance owed for electrical work. The balance owing was around 10,000. From the homeowner. To make a long story short... Anderson and associates are suing us 40,0000 + saying we double charged the homeowner... So far from the truth!!!! Our company is a 5-star reviews and takes great pride in our customer's experience with us.
After reading all these negative reviews from people whom have been a victim of Anderson and associates... I have a clearer picture of how we will move forward with this battle that is ahead of us.
I am truly sorry that you all have had to experience the grossly unprofessional, unfair, rude and most of all, unethical!!... experience with this company that. represents our community and our courts! I will be doing everything in my power to stop this company from conducting unethical business anymore.!
I will be reviewing the code of conduct for debt collectors. What they are doing to us, in of itself should shut this company down. They are supposed to be representing our company...and now will be going to full on-court owning them 40k, for 10,000 that was owed by our customer... We DIDN'T want it to go this far and never asked us if we wanted to pursue or move forward regarding this debt. Now, between what Anderson and associates and our own attorneys, we are up in the 100,000.00. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY for your company’s credit collection agency. They have you sign a paper, stating that they can sue you, and they are. This is so wrong, 100% unethical and disgusting. I may be getting in touch with some of you that have experienced the gross behavior from this company. I welcome anyone who’d like to give me more information about this Anderson and associates...
