You • 3:25 AM It has nothing to do with collections. I have insurance on my 2012 Ford Focus and me of course. I did had insurance on my car though though them. They gave me the hardest time. They shut off my car twice. I never miss a payment and I always had insurance on my vehicle. What happen if I was driving or stranded somewhere? I have collision and Comprehensive though Sunco. I told them I don’t want their insurance add with my car payment. Extra $98, not a big deal. It did not made any sense to pay for two. What can I do? I feel unsafe with my car. I only got a text message from them. Stating, “ Please call or text Reliable Auto Finance today in regards to your insurance at 800-373-9933. We are open until 6pm. Text STOP to cancel.” That was at 9:39 Am yesterday. Later on that day, they turn off my car. I work third shift, so I was asleep at the time. I love my car but I am scared as heck. I make my car payments on time and never miss a payment. I am mad and upset, because I have insurance, you know. My insurance company said, they have faxed and mailed to reliable auto finance. I do not know what to do. I want to do something about it. But still keep my car. My policy number for Sunco Insurance is X6306893. I pay $420.28 a month for my car and was paying $520.28 with the added insurance. They turn off my car twice, 4/28/2022 and 4/07/2022. I made my car payment on 4/08/2022 at 10/06am, the due date for my car payment is on the 9th. I was a day early.

I purchased a car through Reliable Auto Finance, Inc. many years ago. I turned the car back over to them in 2012, as it was a piece of junk, and they never contacted me again. Then, after more than 7 years, they decided to take it to court without ever contacting me. At that time, I was a lease operator over the road truck driver, and as a result of them harassing me, they had my employer, Swift Transportation, take a thousand dollars per week from my settlements. The end result, was me losing my contract and my livelihood because of them. Over the past 3 to 4 years, they keep going to court. I\'m never notified about court dates. Then, they gain judgement 5 months prior, have the judgement signed 2 months post judgement, and then finally mailed, 3 months after it is signed. I am disabled, and have been for several years, and am on SSI, and yet, the harassment continues.
