My federal student loans were transferred from Nelnet to Wyndham Professionals. The representative at Wyndham has contacted me multiple times. He is demanding and aggressive asking for payments. I have asked about income based repayment and other options as the payment they are demand is not possible at my current level of employment. He has refused other options saying the loans are in default. They have now begun wage garnishment without notification. This places me in a financial hardship. When attempting to contact them I have been sent to voicemail multiple times and have not received a call back. Please let me know if you can help in this situation.

I don\'t have any students loans they claim I do. Call my phone at least 8 times a day. I block the number, they call from a new one few days later. Very rude and intimidating.
