My last voicemail from 866-443-3117 was on December 1. She said her name was Shakira Foster and her extension is 1102501. I have an auto loan with Ally. Since August 22, I’ve been unemployed, so I’ve had a challenging time affording my payments. Ally hasn\'t assisted me with any extensions or modifications. When I call, they constantly pressure me to pay over $2k before we even start a conversation. I’d greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Ally Financial calls at least 4 times per day, sometimes even before 8am. If I answer, the representative is extremely rude, and asks "how much will you be paying today". When I say "nothing, because you're calling me, and I'd call you if I had the money right now", they basically start screaming about how I need to manage my money better and pay my bills "like an adult" (real quote, btw)

Someone from Ally called me, in regards to someone who I consider a friend and no more. They were adamant that they got my information from "business" associates. I have never heard of these people and am not happy that they have my information!

I had a 2012 Chrysler 300 financed by Ally Financial beginning in February or March of 2013. In Nov. 2017 we were run off the road by another driver. We turned everything into the other driver's insurance company, AAA Auto, and were contacted by their insurance adjuster, John Hamilton. I gave Mr. Hamilton all of the information they needed for the payoff to Ally. I received a letter from the GAP Insurance Company stating the balance to Ally was paid and Gap Insurance would not be needed. In June of 2018, 7 months later, I received an invoice from Ally stating a balance of $2,579 on the loan and a payment due on July 14, 2018 of $717.39 which was the payment amount we had been paying before the accident. I called them and was told that the insurance company did not pay the loan off and the GAP Insurance didn't pay it off because the remaining amount was from payments I had deferred during the loan. I had an attorney take a look at it but he said there was nothing that could be done from a legal standpoint and I would just have to pay it. Now Ally is back to calling me several times a day and I honestly don't feel like I should have to pay this. It's hardly my fault that they couldn't figure the balance correctly at the time of the insurance payoff. Had I been aware I would not have agreed to the settlement amount unless Ally was going to be paid off. By the time they finally sent a statement I had replaced the car and the payment making it extremely difficult to make an additional car payment of over $700. If you can help, I would really appreciate anything you can do. I'm happy to send you any documentation you need. Kind regards, Melissa!
