This number calls me at least 5 times per day. It is pure harassment!

I opened a PayPal credit account in May of 2018 with a credit limit of $250. I was 2 days late and they charged a $27 late fee plus interest. Then I happened to be two days late again and the fee became $38 for a late fee plus interest. When I called to make things right when they should have taken the fee out of my PayPal Prepaid MC, they authorized that and a debit of the same amount from my bank account. They said they could not reverse that transaction and I got fined $55 from my credit union. I have no idea what my balance with PayPal might be, but my daughter has been sick since March and I don't have the funds to pay what they are asking me to pay at this point. My daughter takes priority and I thing it was over $500 owed on my account last I checked. That's after 3 payments as well. I just gave up as their customer service is obsurd. They disconnect me or send me over to somewhere else and they send me back.... They call two to three times daily and refuse to accept my powition at the moment and I don't have time to go back and research everything!

866-380-6584 has been calling me everyday for about 2 months now. I would like for them to stop. I prefer someone contacts me via email. Do to the fact I receive so many unknown calls throughout the day!

I recieve 4+ calls from these guys a day and I never call them back because they refuse to identify who they are calling from just say they are looking for tanya tiller and to have calm them back at that number asap!

PayPal is calling all the time in regard of a PayPal credit account that I tell them that I'm in bankruptcy at this moment and they still are calling.

This is Bill me later calling about PayPal account in my case, they have other numbers that they also call from which are 888-361-0689, 888-393-7165,, 888-393-7167 and of course this one 866-380-6584. If you got a smart phone as I do block these numbers and you wont even know they called
