The person who a supervisor in macys washington dc and her name sly.. Because she took off her bage whenever i tried to see her name she harassed me and even refused to exchange and return . she show me attitude and refused to show her name on her bage even she took off her bage from her cloth.
I am a very regular customer but today i was hurt by this female employee and this is my offense and greatest conser about customer service

Hello, My name is Lisa Ditri, I currently have a claim in the fraud dept at macys. i have made over 100 calls and I am still receiving harassing phone calls. I have always paid my bill every month for the entire balance, I honestly feel that I am going to need assistance. Should I pay it out of my pocket to avoid my credit being harmed!

Been receiving collection phone calls from ARA incorporated, who have implied that they going take me federal court for past due credit card that went bad in 2008!
