Sallie Mae is holding me accountable for loans that I did not request or fill out a request for a loan via paper or online. This is major impact to my employment and these types of debts I could easily lose my job for over extending my finances and excessive debt. These are not my account and I never requested or authorized these student loans. Sallie Mae did not have incorrect personal information, mailing address, e-mail account, name and etc. I requested that they send me supporting documentation proving that I requested and authorized a loan. I did not receive the supporting documentation; therefore, I called Sallie Mae again and requested the information once again. At that time I verified the address they were sending the information to in which it was the incorrect address. I finally received the documents and noticed the loans were not mines. I informed Sallie Mae that it was my daughter school loans and not mines. Informed them that I approved one and the other loans I did not know anything about; I did not signed, authorized, provide answer to questions or anything. Sallie Mae is holding me accountable for loans I had nothing to do with, they will not release my obligation for loans that do not belong to me nor remove these loans from my credit report. These loans are not mines and if this not corrected it will have a major impact to my 24 year career.
