Have had issues with them calling here at my job and on my cell phone from different numbers and have made threats would like to see what i could do

Hi Michele, Did you tell National Enterprise Systems to stop calling you at work? Once you tell a collection agency to stop calling at work, they cannot call you at work again. If they do, they have violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I will call you to get further details. I can send Nation Enterprise Systems a cease and desist letter. Are the calls on your cell phone from an autodialer? If so, National Enterprise Systems must have your consent to call your cell phone using a dialer.
