Is First Revenue Assurance harassing you over a debt? Stop the harassment. Get Money. And you won’t pay us a dime for our services. Whether you owe the debt or not, you are protected under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

First Revenue Assurance is a collection agency that has been in business since 1997. First Revenue Assurance is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. First Revenue Assurance is a full-service collection agency, and also operates under the name Virtuoso Sourcing Group, LLC.

First Revenue Assurance does not maintain a public website; a quick Google search pulls up thousands of consumer complaints. But examining its track record, First Revenue Assurance’s collection activities shed a much different light when analyzed under the FDCPA. The FDCPA has been around for almost 35 years. The FDCPA is a federal law that applies to every state. In other words, everyone is protected by the FDCPA. The FDCPA is essentially a laundry list of what debt collectors can and cannot do while collecting a debt, as well as things debt collectors must do while collecting a debt.

According to the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER), First Revenue Assurance has been sued 43 times in the last 3 and a half years for debt collection harassment. It does not get any better for First Revenue Assurance on the Better Business Bureau. The Better Business Bureau has processed 145 complaints regarding First Revenue Assurance in the last three years.

First Revenue Assurance has several telephone numbers it places debt collection calls from. First Revenue Assurance may be calling you from the following telephone numbers: 303-595-4400, 940-269-4312, 303-595-8100, 940-269-4303, 888-283-7442, 800-452-6394, 888-466-2180, 800-554-5822, 800-615-8948, 800-681-5823, 888-258-3954, 888-258-5843

If First Revenue Assurance has harassed you over a debt, you may be entitled to money damages up to $1,000.00. Plus, the FDCPA has a fee-shift provision. This means, the collection agency pays your attorney’s fees and costs. We have settled over 1,500 debt collection harassment cases. Let us help you today. Contact Mike Agruss Law at 888-572-0176 to stop First Revenue Assurance once and for all.

First Revenue Assurance called saying that there were charges being filed for defrauding a financial institution and check fraud and breach of contract because they say that I did not pay a cash advance with a loan company. They have been harassing me and are using illegal scare tactics in an effort to force me to pay a debt.

Hi Michelle. Assurance Consumer Services LLC is a debt collection agency that collects on payday loans and student loans, do you have either of those? That phone number also comes up under some stories about fraudulent debt collection agencies, so you are right to be concerned. I'll give you a call and we can work on figuring this out together. Thanks, Mike

Hi Linda. What types of things are they doing for harassment? I'd like to talk about that and what options you have in dealing with them. I'll reach out or you can reach me sooner at 855-278-4974. Thanks, Mike

Constantly harassing me with fake legal things like order of locations in case numbers. Now they’re starting to call my young nephews on the personal cell phones and my sister. This is been going on for a while now. Every time they claim to be police or a legal agency. Just got off the phone with them and the woman swore at me

Hello Tyler. If First Revenue Assurance is acting like the police or a legal agency, they could be violating your rights. Harassment is illegal, as is pretending to be the law. They are permitted to contact your friends and family in an attempt to secure reliable contact information for you, but they cannot harass your family/friends, or disclose your personal information. If they have done so, they could be violating your rights there as well. Let's talk more about these calls--give me a call at my office. Thanks, Mike
